Das TEXI SEP System ist ein automatisches, computerüberwachtes Multifunktionengerät für Nähen, Sticken und Perforieren von Leder und überzogenen Textilien.

TEXI SEP System-Maschine
Das TEXI SEP System kombiniert drei Geräte in einem - eine 1-Nadel-Nähmaschine, eine 9-Nadel-Stickmaschine und eine 6-Größe-Perforationsmaschine. Das TEXI SEP System ist mit einem automatischen Fadenabschneider und einem automatischen Fadenbruchmelder ausgestattet.

Die Maschine besteht aus drei stationären Köpfen - dem Musterkopf, dem Stickkopf und dem Perforationskopf (Punktier) - und einem Arbeitsblatt mit pneumatischem Antrieb und automatischer Aufständerung. Die effektive Arbeitsfläche beträgt 1200 x 800 mm und wird von einer LED-Lampe beleuchtet. Die Maschine ist mit einer starken Zange ausgestattet, die das Material während des Betriebs festhält. Die automatische Schmiermittelversorgung sorgt für einen ständigen Vorrat an Öl an der Perforationsmaschine, dem Stickkopf und der Nähmaschine. Ein industrielles Vakuumreiniger mit einer Leistung von 0,4 Mpa saugt ständig die Materialreste auf.

Maschine für Nähen, Sticken und Perforieren
Das TEXI SEP System hat einen integrierten Servo-Motor, der die Textilramme entlang der x- und y-Achse bewegt. Die Ramme ist in beiden Richtungen stabilisiert und verfügt über zusätzliche Führungsrillen und Rädchen, die das "Tanzen" der Ramme bei langen Stichen und Sprüngen verhindern. Die Geschwindigkeit der Nähmaschine beträgt 1000 Stiche pro Minute, die Geschwindigkeit der Stickmaschine 1000 Stiche pro Minute, die Geschwindigkeit der Perforationsmaschine 800 Löcher pro Minute.

Das TEXI SEP System erfordert keine qualifizierte Bedienung. Die Bedienung wird mittels eines funkionalen Touch-Panels mit einem 10,4-Zoll-Bildschirm vorgenommen. Der Benutzer kann Muster auf dem Bildschirm erstellen und bearbeiten. Alle Muster können in der Maschinengedächtnis gespeichert werden. Das Menü der Maschine ist auf mehreren Sprachen verfügbar.

Das TEXI SEP System ermöglicht es, komplexe Muster schnell und genauer auszuführen, indem es drei Techniken für die Verarbeitung von Materialien kombiniert. Das TEXI SEP System ist für die Arbeit in der Automobilindustrie - bei der Produktion von Auto- und Jachtteppichen sowie bei der Herstellung von Motorenteilen - geeignet. Das TEXI SEP System kann auch in der Möbelindustrie und im Textilbereich eingesetzt werden.

TEXI SEP System is an automatic, computer-controlled multifunction machine for sewing, embroidering and perforating coated fabrics and leather.

TEXI SEP System multifunction machine
TEXI SEP System combines three devices into one - 1-needle lockstitch machine, 9-needle embroidery machine and perforating machine in 6 sizes. TEXI SEP System is equipped with automatic thread trimmer and automatic thread breakage detection.
Machine consists of three static heads - the pattern head, the embroidery machine head and the perforating head (punch) and a working table with a pneumatic actuator and an automatic lift. The effective working area measures 1200 x 800 mm and is illuminated by a LED lamp. The machine is equipped with a strong clamp that prevents the material from shifting during operation. The automatic lubrication function ensures a constant supply of oil to the perforating device, the embroidery machine head and the sewing machine. TEXI SEP System is equipped with an industrial vacuum cleaner, which constantly sucks up the material scraps.

TEXI SEP System has a built-in Servo motor that moves the fabric frame along the x and y axis. The frame is stabilized in both axes and equipped with additional guide rails and rollers, which eliminates the ""dancing"" of the frame with long stitches and jumps. The sewing speed of the machine is 1000 stitches per minute, the embroidery speed is 1000 stitches per minute and the perforation speed is 800 holes per minute.
TEXI SEP System does not require a professional and qualified operator. Intuitive operation is carried out using a functional touch panel of 10.4 inches. The operator can create and edit patterns on the screen. All the patterns can be saved in the machine''s memory. Machine menu in several languages.

The TEXI SEP System machine allows for quick and precise execution of complex patterns, combining 3 techniques of material refinement. The machine is designed to work in the automotive industry - in the production of car and yacht upholstery and motorhome equipment. Машина TEXI SEP System
СИСТЕМА TEXI SEP комбинирует три устройства в одно - 1-игольную машинка для западки, 9-игольная машина для вышивания и дырокопировальная машина в 6 размерах. Машина TEXI SEP System оборудована автоматическим обрезанием нити и автоматическим обнаружением прерывания нити.

Машина состоит из трех статических головок - головки паттерна, головки для вышивания и головки дырокопирования (пунктира), и рабочего стола с пневматическим приводом и автоматическим подъемом. Вeffective рабочая площадь составляет 1200 x 800 мм и освещается светодиодной лампой. Машина оборудована сильной тисковкой, которая предотвращает смещение материала при работе. Автоматическая система смазки обеспечивает постоянное питание масла к дырокопировальной машине, головке для вышивания и машинке для швейного.

Вакуумный cleaner industriaльный мощностью 0,4 Мпа постоянно подает материалные отходы.

Рама стабилизирована в обоих направлениях и оборудована дополнительными направляющими рельсами и роликами, которые исключают движение рамы при длинных стежках и прыжках. Скорость шитья машины составляет 1000 стежек в минуту, скорость вышивки - 1000 стежек в минуту, скорость дырокопирования - 800 отверстий в минуту.

СИСТЕМА TEXI SEP не требует квалифицированного оператора. Интуитивное управление выполняется с помощью функционального панеля управления с экраном 10.4 дюйма. Оператор может создавать и редактировать паттерны на экране. Все паттерны могут быть сохранены в памяти машины. Меню машины на нескольких языках.
